Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications: - Completed BCom degree in accounting.
- 4 years or more in experience in Business investment or business finance-related role.
- Experience in banking/Insurance house non-negotiable.
- Sales and marketing will be an advantage.

Job description: - Creating detailed financial models, including revenue projections, cost analysis, risk assessment and return calculations to guide investments.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and strategic partnerships for the business.
- Assessing the financial health and potential risks of targeted companies through comprehensive due diligence.
- Organising and participating in networking events, conferences and industry forums to establish and strengthen business networks.
- Keeping abreast of industry regulations, market dynamics and economics trends to adapt investment strategies accordingly.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of client portfolios.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the broader SME market.
- Structuring and negotiating viable financing solutions with targeted companies to optimize returns for the company based on the associated risk.
- Drafting comprehensive investment reports that communicate findings, risk and potential returns to stakeholders.
