Job Description
Our client in the production packaging materials industry is looking for a JD Edwards Support Analyst, with expertise in ERP systems, specifically JD Edwards. As a JD Edwards Support Analyst, you will ensure the maintenance and support of various ERP systems, managing and documenting incidents from report to resolution, monitoring system performance and taking proactive actions, and providing references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support and training users.
This role will help you stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in IT, as well as opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as JD Edwards Support Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management role using Prince2 methodology.
- Process Improvement Experience.
- Knowledge of in-depth business systems and operations.
- Knowledge of ERP System experience: JD Edwards.
