Position Overview
Are you passionate about building lasting relationships and making an impact? We are seeking a Strategic Industry Executive to join our dynamic team in the AECO Manufacturing division. This role involves collaborating closely with Named Account Sales Executives (NASE) and the wider account team to identify and nurture growth opportunities within our existing Named Account Enterprise customers. These accounts have significant growth potential, and we are looking for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment.
This role offers flexibility and can be based in the UK, Sweden, or the Netherlands, with the option to work remotely or in an office. You will report to the Senior Manager, Named Accounts focusing on supporting and growing our Named Accounts Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass annual and multi-year targets, focusing on individual consumption sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with NASE and the wider team to identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities within a set of Named Accounts, aligning Autodesk’s solutions with the customer’s business goals.
- Engage in whitespace planning, maintain ongoing business alignment, and ensure customer engagement throughout the sales cycles.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships within the account, including with key executives.
- Translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique value propositions.
- Contribute to our Account Business Plan and execute the growth aspects of the plan.
- Manage your pipeline and forecast for your assigned accounts within your focus area.
- Cultivate strong business practices, including developing strong working relationships across GEOs and functions (finance, operations, division, etc.).
- Effectively utilize chosen sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide effective internal information as requested (e.g., Ops reviews, customer info., etc.).
- Demonstrate growth leadership by building and influencing a global/virtual team (sales, support, and consulting).
- Empower our customers to create excellent products today and compete in the evolving infrastructure landscape of the future.
- Contribute to the broader Autodesk team by participating in core teams, bringing new ideas into the business, and developing sales tools or new approaches.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of direct sales experience in large accounts with a proven record of sales attainment.
- Experience in relationship-based software sales to the C-suite.
- Motivated, determined, integrity-focused, and business-oriented.
- Willingness to travel (~50%) to achieve sales objectives.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
