Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to join a diverse group of individuals working together in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions, reconciliations, and reporting are accounted for accurately.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Monthly/quarterly management reports
Analytical reporting
Data integrity
Corporate Governance:
1. Board reporting and minutes
2. Audits
3. Tax management and compliance
4. Regulatory requirements
5. Transfer pricing governance
6. Contracts management
Funds and Assets Management:
1. Forecasts and going concern
2. Cash flow
3. CAPEX
Robust and Critical Systems and Controls:
1. ERP
2. Policies and procedures
Finance Staffing:
1. Structure maintenance
2. KPI management

Areas of responsibility:

B Com (Accounting) with completed Articles, CA (SA), CIMA or equivalent.
Accounting review experience.
Minimum 3 years managerial experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of IFRS.
Demonstrates consistent behavior aligned with the Organizational Performance & Culture.
Experience in Navision/Business Central.
SOX experience.
Experience in reviewing AFS.
