SalesForce Service Cloud Consultant
Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SalesForce Service Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a SalesForce Service Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and optimisation of SalesForce Service Cloud for our clients in the Banking and Finance industry.
Job Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SalesForce Service Cloud solutions
- Design and configure SalesForce Service Cloud based on industry best practises and client-specific needs
- Provide technical expertise in SalesForce Service Cloud implementation, customization, and integration
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and business processes
- Train end-users on SalesForce Service Cloud functionality and best practises
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SalesForce Service Cloud with other systems
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities
- Stay up-to-date with SalesForce Service Cloud releases, features, and functionalities
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SalesForce Service Cloud usage
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a SalesForce Service Cloud Consultant or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in SalesForce Service Cloud implementation, customization, and integration
- Strong knowledge of SalesForce Service Cloud functionality, features, and best practises
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SalesForce Service Cloud implementation and consulting is required.
Knowledge and Skills
- In-depth knowledge of SalesForce Service Cloud platform
- Proficiency in SalesForce Service Cloud configuration and customization
- Experience with SalesForce Service Cloud integration with other systems
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practises
- Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with data migration and data management in SalesForce Service Cloud
Preferred Qualifications
- SalesForce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Experience working in the Banking and Finance industry
- Knowledge of SalesForce Lightning Experience
Working Conditions
This is a contract position located in Gauteng, Johannesburg Metro, Johannesburg. The expected working hours are full-time. The primary and secondary industries associated with this role are Banking and Finance. The salary for this position is ZAR0 - ZAR0 per hour.
