Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Generating a sales pipeline and discussing weekly.
- Expediting the resolution of problems and complaints through the required processes, ensuring brokers are satisfied with the service.
- Prioritizing the targeted client list to achieve agreed sales within the agreed timelines.
- Supplying management with daily sales reports.
- Supplying management with weekly sales reports.
- Meeting minimum call requirements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Sales and customer liaison experience is an advantage.
- Highly proficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications.
- Exemplary customer service skills and telephone manners, including the ability to identify needs, provide prompt responses, and exercise patience, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Skill in independently prioritizing, planning, coordinating, organizing, leading, and monitoring multiple organizational tasks of a complex nature simultaneously while quickly adapting to changes in time frames.
