Job Purpose:
To manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns and coordinate SEO strategies to drive qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and improve organic search engine rankings for the company. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring both PPC and SEO strategies across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
PPC Specialist Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords
- Create and optimize ad copy to improve click-through rates and conversions
- Set up and manage bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage the PPC budget effectively
- Track and analyse campaign costs to ensure optimal ROI
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular performance reports, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance
- A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective approaches
- Analyse test results to inform future campaign optimizations
- Stay Updated:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, industry best practices, and platform updates
- Attend industry conferences and webinars to expand knowledge and skills
SEO Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and optimize website content accordingly
- Analyse website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- On-Page SEO:
- Optimize website title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags
- Ensure website content is well-structured, keyword-rich, and easy to read
- Improve website loading speed and mobile-friendliness
- Off-Page SEO:
- Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites
- Monitor and manage online brand reputation
- Technical SEO:
- Work with web developers to ensure website is technically sound and search engine-friendly
- Implement schema markup and other technical SEO best practices
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyse website traffic, rankings, and other relevant metrics
- Generate regular SEO reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns and implementing SEO strategies
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics GA4 , SEMRush, Search Console, Bing Ads & GTM.
- Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
