Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and filing documents
- Creating purchase orders and invoicing
- Following up on POs and invoices
- Controlling office supplies according to office needs
- Filing tender documents
- Attending briefings and submitting documents
- Answering phone calls and receiving customers
- Supporting the technical team
