Front Office Administrator
Our client, a national packaging manufacturer, is looking for a conscientious administrative professional to join their Diep River plant as Front Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be one with exceptional organisational and people skills, as well as the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering overflow of calls from the switchboard.
- Standing in for reception during lunch hour.
- Standing in for reception when necessary.
- Assisting reception with ordering stationery and other admin requirements.
- Ordering order books and capturing number sequences for internal records.
- Assisting with overnight bags and courier collection.
- Updating meeting room bookings for admin building.
- Assisting Internal Sales with filing and capturing.
Desired Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
- Ability to interact with customers.
- Service orientated.
- Pleasant disposition and positive attitude.
- Have a positive “can do” attitude.
- Passionate about excellent service.
- Good communication skills.
