This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking for development into HR Business Partnering role. The role will combine ER Case Management, HR Advice and involvement in HR Projects. There will be a need to visit sites across the North West region, therefore a full driver's license is required and access to your own vehicle.

You will be joining a small team of HR Advisors and working closely with the HR Business Partnering team. The role will involve providing HR Advice and guidance to managers on ER case management, absence management, performance management. You will be coaching and guiding on processes and procedures. In addition, you will be spend part of your working week supporting the HR Business Partnering team on HR Projects.
Requirement of the role:
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a HR Advisory capacity with exposure to managing a varied complex case work with employee relations.
- Experienced providing face-to-face advice and holding meetings with managers and employees
- CIPD level 5 minimum
- Coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Unionised experience is advantageous but not essential
