Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Conducting testing activities on Salesforce applications to ensure quality and functionality
- Creating and executing test cases, scripts, and scenarios
- Identifying and documenting defects and issues
- Collaborating with development and business teams to resolve problems
- Providing feedback on user experience and system performance
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst, preferably in Salesforce environment
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Understanding of Banking and Finance industry processes
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing
- Specific experience with Salesforce testing is highly desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
- Experience with test automation tools
