We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Administrator to join our luxury hotel group. This junior role is pivotal in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent service to employees.
Description
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and policies.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
