Finance Administrator

They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator with strong SAP experience to join their finance team with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric.
- Candidates must either be studying towards a financial qualification or have completed a financial qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in SAP financial modules is a major requirement.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices and standards.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with other financial systems and processes in manufacturing environments.
Roles and Responsibilities - Process invoices, payments and financial transactions using SAP.
- Reconcile accounts, identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and standards.
- Assist the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and information.
- Support various ad hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.
