Large Hospitality- Travel and Tourism Headoffice is looking for a suitable Candidate to fill the above position as Collections Consultant
Purpose of the Position
- To ensure collections targets are met and high service levels are maintained at all times. To ensure that all owners are assisted in a friendly and in a courteous manner and that all queries are resolved in line with our Service Level Agreement.
Key Performance Areas
- Effectively attend to debtor’s book to ensure arrears are kept to a minimum
- Maintain the high levels of Service Delivery required in the department
- Utilise various methods of correspondence such as email and whatsapp
- To achieve efficiency and quality standards as per company policy and procedure
- Resolve matters effectively and improve collection figures
- Ad hoc duties where required

Qualifications & Experience
- Strong Credit Control Experience required
- Experience in a credit control or collections environment
- Good administrative skills
- MS Office and Electronic Mail
- Previous Dialer and Call Centre Agent Experience Essential
- Previous Microsoft Teams Experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Afrikaans an advantage
