We are looking for an educational specialist who plays a pivotal role in creating structured, learner-centered environments. They will combine pedagogical knowledge, technology expertise, and instructional design to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Are you someone who can do the following:
- Designing Learning Programs : Creating innovative, adult-oriented learning solutions that encourage employees to achieve the highest business impact.
- Curriculum Development : Designing courses and developing curricula that ensure effective learning experiences.
- Collaboration : Working with subject matter experts to create various deliverables.
- Problem-Solving : Leveraging problem-solving skills to analyze client needs and articulate relevant high-level perspectives on capability development solutions.
- Metrics and Reporting : Establishing and regularly reporting on baseline metrics for learning engagement, program outcomes, and ROI.
- Continuous Improvement : Championing a continuous improvement mindset and a 'can-do' approach to ensure value to the business.
You will be the right candidate if you have the below skills:
- Instructional Design : Deep knowledge of instructional design, program development, analytics, learning technology, and adult learning principles.
- Communication : Clear, concise, and engaging communication skills.
- Visual Design : An eye for visual design to create appealing learning materials.
- Technology Proficiency : Proficiency in using evolving HR, education, social, and design tools.
- Project Management : Strong consulting and project management skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) – Workday and e-learning authoring tools, and other educational technologies.
- 2-3 years of Curriculum Design
- 2-3 years of SharePoint Design and support
- 5 years+ of Creative Cloud
- 5 years+ of Articulate 360
- 2-3 years of Vyond or other video creation software
- Experience in Graphic Design is advantageous
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time (Project Management)
- 3-5 years of working with a Project Management Office
Additional: Relevant 3-year degree or similar
