Requirements
- 2 – 3 years relevant culinary degree or diploma from a reputable institution.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an Executive Chef position in a high-end Hotel or Lodge.
- Strong management & customer service skills and good knowledge of hospitality operations.
- High standards of food quality and up to date with international food trends.
- Experienced with costings and inventory control management.
- Exceptional leader, ability to train and develop a team.
- Excellent track record with contactable references
- Computer literate
- Valid SA driver’s license
