Key Responsibilities:
- AI Model Development:
- Design, develop, and implement custom AI models for predictive analytics
- Optimize existing models to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify and implement novel AI techniques
- Predictive Analysis:
- Develop predictive models to forecast trends, behaviors, and outcomes
- Implement advanced statistical and machine learning techniques for data analysis
- Create robust algorithms for pattern recognition and anomaly detection
- Data Processing:
- Develop efficient data processing pipelines to handle large-scale datasets
- Implement data cleaning and preprocessing techniques to ensure high-quality input for AI models
- Integration and Deployment:
- Integrate AI models into existing systems and workflows
- Develop APIs and interfaces for model deployment and interaction
- Ensure scalability and performance of deployed models
- Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
- Contribute to the company's research initiatives and intellectual property
- Propose and prototype innovative AI solutions for new business challenges
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in developing AI models, with a focus on predictive analytics
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Extensive experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
- Proven track record of developing and deploying custom AI models in production environments
- Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and their applications
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex problems into AI solutions
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a specific industry domain (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is a plus
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications
