We're looking for an Internal Account Manager who thrives on exceeding customer expectations and contributing to the success of our team. You need 2-3 years of experience in an internal account management role, ideally within the ICT Distribution industry with a proven track record of building and nurturing strong customer relationships, resulting in increased sales and customer loyalty.

Salary: R17 500 – R23 500 pm
Area: Onsite in Nelspruit/Mbombela
In this role, you will:
- Become the trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing customers, nurturing strong relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Deeply understand your customers' needs and translate them into tailored solutions that drive value and satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely deliveries, and exceptional customer service.
- Continuously identify new sales opportunities within your accounts and leverage your expertise to expand business relationships.
We're seeking an individual with:
