We are looking for a Designer & Sales Consultant to join our highly motivated and energetic team of kitchen and built-in cupboard designers and consultants, to service a reputable retailer in the Pretoria, Gauteng and the surrounding areas. As a Designer & Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for their organization, within the Kitchen department. Owning a vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Liaising with clients
- Measuring and consulting on site
- Developing and creating inspiring proposals
- Quoting on creative work
- Order tracking and management from start to finish on each job
- Following up leads
- Converting leads to sales
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Participation in tradeshows, exhibitions and networking to promote the brand
- Monitoring the target market, finding out the competitors, keeping up with the trends, latest innovations and products
- Administration
- Achieving KPI’s
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Requirements:
- A background in Kitchen Design, however training will be provided for our system
- Grade 12 or higher
- Sales Driven
- Must love working with people
- Customer Service & Sales Driven
- Must be willing to work the retail hours
- Have a “can do” positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Have a Friendly, Efficient and Flexible Ability to find solutions
- Good communication skills
- Previous Experience preferred
- Good mathematics
- Must be well organized, reliable and hard-working as well as a strong team player
- Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail
