Datacentrix is looking for a SCCM and Intune Support Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Cape Town. As a Support Engineer, you will specialize in 1st Line Support, providing assistance with Endpoint Manager support (SCCM and Intune).
Purpose of Role:
Provide Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune), Microsoft server and Cloud services support.
Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Matric Qualification
- MCSE, with 70-703, 70-745 or similar
- Tertiary IT qualification
- At least 3 to 5 + years’ supporting SCCM with exposure to:
- OS deployment
- Application packaging and deployment
- Patch management
- Reporting
- Co-management with Intune
At least 3 + years’ supporting Intune Good understanding of server environment Ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions with the technical team Self-managed Valid Drivers License and own reliable vehicle
Primary Role Accountabilities:
- Application packaging and deployment
- Patch management
- Operating system deployment
- Office 365 administration
- Device hardening and vulnerability management
- Assist with escalations from 1st line support engineers
