Are you in the market for a long-term contract opportunity at a well-established and leading healthcare agency? MHR is currently recruiting a Administrative Assistant to work at ArcelorMittal in Vanderbijlpark in Gauteng (Approximately 60 - 70 km from Johannesburg).
- Note that this is a c ontract opportunity with long-term shifts
- Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:30 and Friday: 07:00 -13:00
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- General Admin qualification would be an advantage
- Computer literacy - Intermediate/Advanced
- Good/Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- SAP work experience
- Personal Assistant experience would be an advantage
- Experience in Event planning
- Must be able to work in a team and under pressure
- Professional - work with different levels of management
- Adherence to time lines
- Excellent communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
- Place purchase requisitions and complete orders.
- General vendor approval (GRV’s)
- Placing notifications for maintenance for Main Building and SHERQ department
- Follow up on orders
- Diary management.
- Event planning
- Dealing with highly confidential documentation
