We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our Team!
This role is responsible for the overall marketing, communication and creative visuals of the brand. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy creative with confidence and experience from the digital space to in-store branding.
With a love of people and an appetite for excellence, this full-time position requires onsite availability and an enthusiastic passion for Teamwork.
Objectives of this role
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social channels & a blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Create marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures & in-store advertising.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences and create informed marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends & marketing practices to build successful strategies.
- Present regular updates & performance reports in a collaborative effort to measure budgeting success.
- Lead communication & visuals to help develop the brand identity and tone of voice.
Responsibilities
- Creative briefs & direction to meet objectives for all advertising & public-facing communications, including print, digital, video & in-store assets.
- Multichannel campaigns across the prospect & customer lifecycle - ensuring the alignment of communications & messaging.
- Content, updates & communication for customers on all channels.
- Customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions & generate more qualified leads.
- Effectiveness & impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis.
- Ideas & final deliverables to internal & external teams - communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, & budgets.
Required skills and qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Metric-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing & measurement.
- Knowledge of website analytic measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics) .
- Google AdWords campaigns.
- Confident in WordPress & Meta operation.
- The ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great witty communication.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent ) in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proficiency with online marketing & social media strategy.
- Proven success in designing interactive applications & networking platforms.
