Join our team as a hospitality and sales expert.

Responsibilities

Be the point of contact for B2B, Skybox & Table clients, supporting internal order processing and ensuring smooth order handling.
Responsible for operational, sales, and financial aspects of hospitality.
Guarantee high-quality service and provide clear documentation for our offered packages.
Maintain existing client relationships and use networking skills to introduce new businesses to our hospitality offerings.
Research and map B2B agencies worldwide and maintain necessary contacts.
Identify opportunities within the organization, create concepts, and innovate our offerings to meet high client standards.
Act as the go-to person for all questions during the festival.
Have at least 5 years of experience in a hospitality environment or a commercial role.
Be a natural networker with a passion for creating opportunities and presenting new ideas.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with deadlines.
Have an eye for detail and be an organized talent.
Enjoy managing projects from start to finish and being the central point of contact for all parties involved.
Be motivated by KPIs and budget management.
Be proactive and customer-focused.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have proficiency in the following languages:

Reading: C1 Effective operational skills
Writing: C1 Effective operational skills
Speaking: C1 Effective operational skills

At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant role.
