Migration Data Specialist
Our client, a leader in the property management industry, is looking for a Migration Data Specialist to join their team in the Helderberg area.
Our client is a proudly South African company specializing in developing software solutions (SaaS) for the property management industry. They have developed the most advanced Body Corporate & HOA management software that enables property managers to manage their property portfolio with one solution that seamlessly integrates all the functions of property management and accounting.
The Migration Specialist will be responsible for the management of the migration process of clients and ensuring the accurate and on-time upload of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migrating the client's data from a previous financial system onto our financial system (take-ons) within the relevant time period.
- Data to be transferred from 'raw' Excel onto our templates for processing.
- Work individually on take-ons as well as with the team when projects are being run.
- Liaise with the relevant client/migration specialist to resolve any queries on data.
- Assisting with assignment of take-ons internally and to contractors.
- Conduct quality checks on all contractor's completed take-ons.
- Assisting with contractor queries on take-ons.
- Assist with documenting internal processes.
- Reporting on monthly stats.
- Update contractor information on internal CRM system.
- Ad-hoc assistance to Product and Support teams.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Matric with accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Strong and accurate computer skills.
- Previous financial work experience would be advantageous.
- Experience in data analysis and processing.
- Previous property industry knowledge is advantageous.
