We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant for our mine site based in Sekhukhune, Limpopo. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK MANDARIN FLUENTLY!
Main Job Function
- Full accounting functions of an organization
- Assist with auditing processes
- Manage monthly SARS PAYE e-filing and payments
- SARS VAT e-filing and payments
- Maintain and update fixed asset register
- GL reconciliations
- Monthly Journals
- People Management
- Manage BBBEE
- Manage performance against set targets and competencies
- Monthly reporting
- Stakeholder relationships
Qualifications
- B.Com Accounting or equivalent / Honours or equivalent will be advantageous
- Registered CA advantageous
- Valid SA driver’s license
Experience/Criteria
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Experience in the Mining Industry will be a huge advantage
- Experience in SAP
- Knowledge of SA and Chinese financial laws and regulations
- Excellent report writing skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
