Key Performance Areas:
- Daily electronic filing of client communication and documentation
- Effective and professional client communication in terms of client queries, notifications and updates on financial tax portfolios, information required and feedback status reports
- Continuous and effective internal communication to the relevant line manager regarding administrative support and progress on client portfolios
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Effective and professional record-keeping between all stakeholders: clients, SARS and internal management
- Maintaining and updating the CIPC records of clients: beneficial ownership registers, share registers, share certificates, CIPC registrations, amendments and submissions
- SARS: general SARS liaison, follow ups and documentation of respective tax registrations and registered representative appointments
- uFiling and ROE filing and registrations
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 with a tertiary qualification in Business Administration and/or Finance – advantageous
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in corporate office administration
- Experience in a financial/tax consultation administrative environment – advantageous
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience liaising with SARS – advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in Afrikaans and English – speak, read and write
