Position Summary:
Support execution of Document Resources strategy through monitoring, testing, audit, review, and analysis. Daily work may include a mix of routine document processing tasks and more creative or ad hoc projects. Communicate with vendors, interact with internal business partners at all levels, convey requests to IT and perform User Acceptance Testing when changes are made to internal or vendor systems. Understand PRA systems and processes and make recommendations for improvement. Participate in and contribute to projects. Troubleshoot document issues and use SQL based database tools analysis. Analyze and make recommendations related to data quality. OCR documents using Adobe and Microsoft Office tools.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- 3 + years of related experience, or as a Document Intake Manager
- Detail-oriented with aptitude for working with data and systems
- Experience with Oracle SQL Developer and exposure to SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and PowerBI reports.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Adobe OCR validation tool
- Ability to define problems, organize and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- DWH – SQL knowledge – Beginner
- Microsoft Excel – Advanced
- User Acceptance Testing – Proficient
- Associates degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in information technology, or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Routine monitoring, testing, audit & review activities.
- Collaborate within team and with internal partners to improve operational performance and compliance.
- Contribute to various projects, troubleshoot issues, proactive analysis.
- Reconciling digital documents utilizing SQL queries.
- OCR (Optical Character Recognition) received digital documents.
- Visualize SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and PowerBI reports.
- Data validation against Data warehouse and OCR data using Excel.

Salary Range:
$38,000.00 – $58,000.00
PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.
