Milnerton Rural, Cape Town - Seeking a Vibrant & Ambitious Internationally Junior Spa Manager (working manager) for an Upmarket Spa.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full-time therapy; must be qualified as a Beauty Therapist.
- Manage and lead the spa team, ensuring high standards of service.
- Maintain hygiene and grooming standards to present the brand effectively.
- Engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the spa.
Minimum Requirements:
- Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC.
- Minimum 2 years in a Senior Therapist or Assistant Manager role.
- Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel.
- ESP experience an advantage.
- Flexible and available to work shifts.
- Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps.
- Must be mature, responsible, passionate, and target-driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Own reliable transport.
- Must be a team player, reliable, energetic, goal-driven, and well-spoken.
- Strong leadership skills.
Hours: Monday to Sundays - 9h00 to 18h00.
Market related basic salary, commission, and performance incentives.
