REQUIREMENTS
- Matric plus Min 5 years’ experience in Office Administration
- Computer Literate with Pastel experience
- Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans – written and spoken
- Must have own transport
- Experience supporting a sales team dealing with customers efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-tasking.
DUTIES - Capturing of purchase orders
- Invoicing and credit notes
- Daily dealing with clients requirements
- Troubleshooting where needed
- Working alongside the Sales Manager
- Managing new accounts for Customers
- Managing all admin task required for the general office and management
- Banking
- Manage the filing systems
- Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports as well as financial reports when needed
- Daily updating of database for clients
Salary: dependent on experience
