You will work closely with the sales team, guiding them on product selection and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Product Selection
- Analyze daily sales data to identify top-performing products across various regions.
- Use Excel to organize data and identify logical product pairings (e.g., pools with costumes, luggage with flights).
- Tailor recommendations for different regions, ensuring that promotions resonate with local customers and market demands.
- Creative Email Campaign Creation
- Design engaging, region-specific email content that highlights hot-selling products, pairing items creatively to boost cross-selling opportunities.
- Adapt campaigns based on regional preferences (e.g., local restaurant deals for specific areas).
- Stay deadline-driven, ensuring all campaigns are prepared and delivered on schedule.
- Engagement with Sales Teams
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with sales teams, discussing email performance, product selections, and strategic insights.
- Act as a key point of contact, explaining the significance of specific products and how they align with consumer trends.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
