As a Digital Marketer, you’ll manage social media platforms and other online tools with precision. Responsibilities
- Proposal development: Collaborate with the Account Manager and Account Executive to develop proposals.
- Project management: Oversee design, development, and content for all digital requirements.
- Website coordination: Manage website updates, development, SEO, maintenance, and reporting.
- Social media management: Update social platforms, develop strategies, and manage post plans.
- Engagement: Respond to social media posts and messages, update information, and monitor page growth.
- Campaign implementation: Implement content plans across digital and physical spaces to achieve objectives.
- Email marketing: Set up, distribute, and report on mailers and surveys.
- Database management: Maintain client databases.
- Ad management: Oversee digital advertising budgets.
- Continuous learning: Stay updated on digital changes to guide clients effectively.
- Client briefs: Ensure timely development and processing of client briefs and artwork.
- Documentation: Submit cost estimates, order forms, and invoices within the required timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in social media marketing, online community management, or a similar role.
- Strong professional conduct, analytical and results-driven.
- Ability to think creatively and quickly.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent English skills, including writing.
- Proactive decision-making skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer-oriented approach.
