Purpose
To effectively manage the day-to-day operational activities of the IT business unit which include but are not limited to IT Service Management, End-user support, IT Infrastructure, IT Applications, Data Analysis, IT Security, and Supplier Management.
Tasks include:
- IT Operations
- Asset Management
- Risk management & Compliance
- Applications & Data
- IT Service Management
- Financial Management
- Manage the team to achieve the delivery and management of IT services
Essential Skills, Attributes & Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT of which 5 years must be in middle management in the IT environment.
- IT Project Management experience
- IT Service Management and Support experience
- Software Development Life Cycle experience
- Information/Data/Network Security experience
- Office 365 experience will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of cloud-based technology (IaaS, SaaS & PaaS) will be an added advantage
