Introduction
Our client in the FMCG industry is currently in search of a Performance Analyst to suit the below job purpose:
The Performance Analyst is responsible to interpret data captured as per the annual audit plan. The Performance Analyst will use various sources and interpret patterns and trends to offer ways to improve the effectiveness of the sales force.
To provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve our clients' operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Office based Audits:
- The Performance Analyst is responsible to interpret data captured as per the annual audit plan.
- The Performance Analyst will use various sources and interpret patterns and trends to offer ways to improve the effectiveness of the sales force.
- To provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve our clients' operations.
- Monitors and report on back-office verification such as, but not limited to: call co-ordinates; POS implementation; distribution; pricing adherence and promotion execution.
- This will be done by comparing what was captured vs photos captured.
- Overseeing of Junior Performance Analysts and verification of their data.
- Ad Hoc:
- The Auditing team will also perform Ad Hoc audits/investigations from time to time.
Examples:
- National or Regional promotion implementation or activations.
- Any other adhoc activities captured by the sales force as per request from the Client.
Reporting and Feedback
- Report daily, weekly and monthly as per the communicated requirements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Own reliable transport a must
- Matric certificate
- Tertiary qualification in similar field would be advantageous
- Data capturing experience (1 – 2 years)
- Advanced Excel experience (2 years plus)
- Performance analytics experience (2 years plus)
