Normandien Farms (Pty) ltd, is looking for an experienced License Administrator to be based at the transport division in Pietermaritzburg.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer all licensing in PMB and assistance in all licensing matters throughout the organisation.
- AARTO Implementation
- Monthly renewals of licensing
- Keep track of COF dates and schedule trucks accordingly
- Administer application of lost logbooks
- Create files for new vehicles and load onto IMS system
- Responsible for all Abnormal loads
- Handle and report on all lowbed moves
- Arranging permits
- Send work reports daily
- Load vehicle information onto IMS
- Assist managers in day to day operations where applicable
- Ensure safety and compliance within the company
- Managing scheduling of new vehicles and for trade/resale
Desired Experience & Qualification
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent professional work standard
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Grade 12
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own Transport
- Min 5 years’ experience in busy administrative environment
