Described by Eat Out judges as “the most Extraordinary and Unique Culinary Adventures imaginable,” this award-winning chef and highly celebrated restaurant in the heart of Woodstock offers a multi-course culinary journey. The menu is described as a carefully crafted and curated selection of dishes that embodies the essence of excellence.
ProStaffSelect is in search of a highly skilled CHEF DE PARTIE or DEMI CDP for this ultra high-profile fine dining restaurant. We are looking for candidates with solid culinary skills, passion for international fine dining cuisine, precision and attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years’ work experience within a fine dining Top 10 restaurant or 5* Hotel Restaurant environment
- Cheffing qualifications and training in Hot and Cold production and plating from top establishments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - All chefs engage directly with guests and explain the dishes served to guests
- Exceptional knowledge of food preparation and food service of various cuisine styles
- Willing to work long and demanding industry hours
- Organised and neat working style
- Good personal hygiene and excellent presentation & presence
