Executive Chef required for state of the art and upmarket Retirement Village.
Previous Cheffing experience in a Catering environment beneficial. Previous High-end Catering Experience a plus. This position will allow you 2 weekends off per month, as you will work very closely alongside your Catering Manager at the premises.
Minimum Requirements:
- Formal culinary diploma or certification (Must be accredited)
- RSA Citizenship
- Own Car & License beneficial
- Strong Costing & Budgeting Skills
- Must reside in the Gauteng region in order to interview in-person at the estate
Duties:
- Will be reposible and accountable for all aspects related to the management of the Kitchen
- Menu design
- Food Costing & Budgeting
- Food preparation
- Kitchen hygiene
- Staff mamnagment
