Position Overview:
A rapidly growing company, specializing in enterprise accounting, business intelligence, and media applications, is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Production Consultant to join their remote team. This role involves providing expert consultation, training, and support to clients, managing relationships, leading projects, and mentoring a team of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and providing ongoing support.
- Consultation & Training: Offer expert consultation and training via phone, email, remote, and onsite meetings.
- Project Management: Lead client projects, ensuring effective change management and timely service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team, setting goals and fostering professional growth.
- Client Support: Oversee operations to ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, suggesting improvements for products and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and contribute to business goals.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving results.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make informed, timely decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in software consultation, client management, and system deployment, with familiarity in financial systems like Pastel, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate change and lead through uncertainty.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Familiarity with the advertising/media industry.
- Previous experience with the company or similar organizations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
- SQL knowledge or familiarity with other database systems.
- 3+ years of management experience in a tech-driven environment.
