A company specialising in the building industry requires a site/project coordinator assistant.
ESSENTIAL TO HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT
- Conduct daily site visits to various customer locations to ensure that installations are on track and do general inspections.
- Ensure that all products/components on site are correct, per installation.
- Able to read/understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Report to and liaise with the Project manager to ensure that all site projects are managed properly.
- Work closely with the installation teams to ensure installation end dates are adhered to and address any issues that may arise.
- Engage with the customer on-site to try to resolve any queries/issues.
- Raise non-conformances, as per company policy, so that these may be addressed appropriately.
- Ensure safety measures and controls are in place and always adhered to
- Work with the internal teams to ensure no / minimal disruption on site.
