The company, a Joint Venture with Industrie De Nora, has extensive in-depth knowledge in the engineering, procurement, and construction of electrochemical plants and a strong track record of more than 600 projects with a total rating of over 10 gigawatts already successfully installed. With its water electrolysis technology to produce green hydrogen, the company offers an innovative solution on an industrial scale for green value chains and an industry fueled by clean energy - a major step towards climate-neutrality.
The Innovation Project Manager should be able to support all management activities in our new solid oxide electrolyzer cell (SOEC) technology, be an interface from Arnstadt to Dortmund and:
- Support the local management team as a PMO
- Coordinate and control the scheduled process and the interaction with internal stakeholders and partners
- Develop detailed project plans, ensure resource availability and deliver in time within scope, and budget
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology
- Support projects incl. joint content development with internal & external stakeholders
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation and management strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns
- Support technology and intellectual property transfer, as well as IP generation
- Support in identifying & establishing relationships with strategic partners, suppliers and potential cooperation partners
- Planning, organizing and moderating workshops
- A masters's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, material science, electrochemistry or a related field. A PhD can be advantageous
- Several years of project management experience, preferably in an Engineering/Innovation Management environment. Experience in the (green) energy markets is also beneficial
- Strategic thinking ability and above-average, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Analytical skillset
- Precise, structured & methodology based way of working
- Strong team spirit - intercultural awareness to leverage the cultural differences of our global organization
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English (min. C1)
- High level of dedication & commitment to shape the green transition
- High proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
