- Continuous Innovation & Best Practices: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of talent and performance programs, ensuring they remain cutting-edge by integrating industry trends and innovations
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent & Performance Management, or relevant roles
- Proven ability to prepare and steer global HR processes, analyze KPIs and data and translate insights into actionable improvement plans
- Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across global and regional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German and other languages is an advantage. Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, HR systems and technologies
