This includes:
- Providing strong technical leadership, guiding your high-performance team of developers to project success while adhering to industry best practices.
- Leading the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance with seamless integration.
- Conducting thorough code reviews to guarantee high standards, best practices, and maintainability are consistently upheld.
- Collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements while setting priorities for features and deliverables.
- Implementing robust security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards to safeguard data and software applications.
- Staying on top of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into development processes to drive innovation.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in .NET, JavaScript, specifically Node.js & Vue.js, and SQL & NoSQL data stores
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Experience with REST-API development and system integration.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Professional level of English and at least basic knowledge of German for effective communication
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
