3Bears is all about delicious, healthy and sustainable food. Porridge, to be precise. In 2016, our founders Caroline and Tim followed their dream to show that healthy breakfast can also taste good. A lot has happened in the meantime. Porridge now has many fans and a team of around 30 people in Munich is working every day to make our feel-good food even better known.

Influencers, social media & numbers! And porridge, of course.
As a working student (m/f/d) Influencer Marketing UK you will support the expansion and maintenance of our influencer network in UK and work closely with our Influencer Marketing Manager. A broad range of tasks with a lot of responsibility and a steep learning curve awaits you!
Your responsibilities in detail:
- Researching, identifying and approaching suitable influencers on various social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
- Price negotiations with potential influencers and management
- Project management, e.g. preparation of contracts and briefings
- Analysis and reporting of your influencer cooperations with regard to relevant KPIs
- Daily exchange with our influencers on Instagram and Co.

What we are looking for:
- Degree in business administration, communications or something comparable with a focus on marketing
- Ideally initial practical experience from internships or working student jobs in the field of (performance) influencer marketing
- Passion for social media, especially Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Twitch
- Drive, initiative, willingness to learn and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
- Confident use of Excel and quick familiarization with new tools
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
