» Your profile:
- Studies in business psychology, business administration / work and organizational psychology with a focus on HR, intercultural psychology or a comparable field of study
- Theoretical knowledge in the field of personnel and organizational development
- Initial practical experience in HR work
- Enjoyment of independent and creative work
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and organizational talent
- Good MS Office and English skills
