Implementation of Olympus software into hospitals:
- Serve as technical expert during software implementations, specifically around integration into current hospital IT infrastructure
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements for software integration projects
- Assist Sales and customers in gathering technical requirements and limitations through project discovery phase
- Configure, test and deploy integration solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance
- Design, develop and implement integration solutions to connect disparate systems and applications
- Collaborate with hospital IT and in country Olympus resources to ensure implementation requirements are met
- Assist with product installation, including setting up VPN tunnels, connecting to customer virtual machines, assisting with ORM and ORU transformations and integration into hospital network and systems
- Train administrators on set-up for ongoing maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, connectivity and functionality of integrated systems
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and stakeholders, as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Several years of experience with system integrations in the medical device field, specifically in a hospital environment
- In-depth knowledge of integration technologies and protocols, such as HL7, FHIR, Dicom, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.
- Experience with hospital systems, such as eHR, HIS, PACs, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience with middleware platforms and integration tools
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
