- Strategic Learning & Development Leadership: Lead the translation of global learning and development needs into strategic, business-aligned solutions, overseeing the development and implementation of global learning programs and initiatives
- Global Learning & Development Strategy: Define and drive the global learning strategy, policies, and frameworks in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring globally consistent, standardized learning processes that align with Henkel's business goals

- Master's degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience, including leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead global learning and culture transformation programs, fostering collaboration across multiple regions and cultures
- Proven ability to design, manage, and implement comprehensive learning and cultural transformation programs that align with business and leadership strategies
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies, market trends, and innovations, with an ability to incorporate external insights into internal strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across global and regional teams
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and additional languages is a significant advantage
