- Arbeitsrechtliche Beratung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung konzernweiter HR-Strategien (einschließlich Prüfung und Harmonisierung von Richtlinien, Erarbeitung und Anpassung von Vergütungssystemen, Global Mobility und Organisationsdesign)
- Unterstützung der HR Business Partner in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen bei internationalen Projekten, Restrukturierungen und globalen (HR-)Initiativen
- Unterstützung bei individualarbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten von Top-Führungskräften
- Employment law support and implementation of M&A transactions, including the harmonization of group-wide working conditions
- Support of the business in the analysis and evaluation of (international) employment law issues in connection with new business initiatives
- Review, drafting and negotiation of international contracts in the context of employment law in close coordination with the business
- Involvement and cooperation with external law firms from different jurisdictions
- You have passed your state examinations with above-average Achievement completed.
- Whether you have initial experience (2 to 3 years) from an employment law team, a law firm or a legal department – you have ideally already worked in an international environment and are ready to get involved in the multifaceted employment law issues in a globally active media company.
