We have an exciting opportunity for a non-embedded Powertrain SME to support our Vehicle Teams in all phases of the design and development process, ensuring robustness of design to prevent development and in-service quality issues.
As a Powertrain SME you will have a high level of skill and experience in a range of Powertrain component and system areas with a proven ability to rapidly adapt to and understand new areas.
You will be an experienced Engineer, organised and methodical with proven, problem-solving experience and a pragmatic attitude, able to progress efficiently through issues, concluding in robust solutions. Excellent and effective communication skills are required, with an ability to condense complex issues into easy to understand key points.
