A highly successful company in the building sector, specializing in residential new builds and renovations has an opening for a Site Manager to run various projects.
You will be managing building sites, supervising teams of workers, liaising with clients and coordinating suppliers. Your role will include dealing with client enquiries, and putting together quotes and tenders. This company has a reputation for delivering excellent customer service, so you must be passionate about this aspect of the job (not all companies in the industry do).
You will have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction sector.
- Project management experience.
- Team management experience.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Organized, disciplined, great work ethic and effective communication skills.
You must have a driver's licence and your own vehicle. Ideally, you will live within easy travelling distance of Fourways. This role will initially be offered on a temp-to-perm basis.
