We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a healthy relationship with our customers. A successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients, conducting courtesy calls, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities: Contact clients to ensure continued satisfaction with our services. Address and resolve client issues professionally and efficiently. Proactively manage client relationships, enhancing retention and engagement. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required: Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate. Approximately 35 years of experience in a customer care or client services role. Fully computer literate with proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
