The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost-conscious travel service delivery that differentiates the company. The incumbent of this role must specialise in leisure and rewards travel with specialist knowledge of the products offered, relevant fares and deals in place. The incumbent must be very client centric and focus on superior service delivery.

- Travel Diploma
- Amadeus Certificate
EXPERIENCE IN YEARS:
- Minimum 5 years experience with leisure.
- Advantageous if the incumbent has experience in rewards travel programs.
